The secretary/treasurer takes and distributes the minutes of all board meetings, collects the clubs' monthly reports, and maintains records of all the district's activities. The secretary/treasurer must attend all district board meetings, and other conventions. The secretary/treasurer is responsible for collecting dues, maintaining all records of dues and expenses, and completing a district budget. The secretary/treasurer is also responsible for the Kiwanis Outreach program- monetary support from Kiwanis who do not sponsor a Circle K club. |
