The governor is in charge of the overall running of the district. The governor presides at all board meetings and official functions and acts as a representative of the district to the community and other levels of CKI. The governor works closely with the district board, the district administrator, and the counseling international trustee.

The secretary/treasurer takes and distributes the minutes of all board meetings, collects the clubs' monthly reports, and maintains records of all the district's activities. The secretary/treasurer must attend all district board meetings, and other conventions. The secretary/treasurer is responsible for collecting dues, maintaining all records of dues and expenses, and completing a district budget.

The editor is responsible for publishing and mailing the Capital Courier, the district newsletter, 5 times each year. The editor compiles 2 district directories of all district and club officers each year and is also responsible for the district webpage. The editor must attend all district board meetings and other conventions.

Oversees and supports all clubs in a division.
